How Eagle-Clip Z Clips Work
Made from heat treated hardened aluminum and available in 2", 6' and 12' lengths either Punched or un-punched, the Eagle-Clip Z Clips make installation fast and easy. To install, simply fasten one Z Clip to the wall and another to the panel you want to hang. The “Z” shaped clips wedge together locking the panels solidly and securely in place. They are:

 Eagle Z Clips Can Handle the LoadWhile Eagle Mouldings does not make structural recommendations, we do know that Eagle Z Clips have been specially engineered and heat-treat hardened to provide you with one of the strongest hanging clips available on the market today. When working on your project, the main focus for structural integrity should be with the material you are screwing into and the size and length of the screws you are using to secure with.  On a large panel system project, or just to increase strength, you simply decrease the spacing between your Z Clips and add additional Z Bars.
